The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Mobile Construction Documents (MCDocs) app offers a convenient interface to access construction-related documents from three separate systems: the PennDOT Sharepoint site, the Electronic Construction Management System (ECMS), and the PennDOT Project Collaboration Center (PPCC). To utilize the app, users are required to sign in using their CWOPA and/or Business Partner (B-) credentials. They can then browse through documents relevant to their assigned projects within each of the systems, selecting the ones they wish to download onto their iPad. The downloaded documents can be viewed offline, making them accessible even in remote construction locations with limited data connectivity.
